CAD Tools

The CAD Tools button (HOME tab, quick access toolbar and CALCOLO > Output) opens the GDW drawing in CAD Tools NX, in the browser: there you can measure it, edit it, compose it into a sheet and save it as DXF.

  • The 2D section is sent; from the 3D view GDW first goes back to the 2D drawing.
  • The drawing is available for 30 minutes and opens only once: to open it again, repeat the command.
  • In the trial version the drawing does not leave the program, as for the DXF export.
